I have been a professional gardener for many years. Previous jobs include Head Gardener, Garden & Estate Manager, Head of Horticulture and sole gardener for a range of both public and private gardens.

I have written articles for newspapers and magazines, been a guest on BBC Radio Solent Gardeners Question Time, a regular public speaker and guest at hortcultural events, a flower show judge and I have designed garden entries for the Gardeners World Spring Show and the RHS Flower Show at Hampton Court.

There are few self employed gardeners with my levels of experience around! First and foremost I'm a plantsman with a love and deep interest in plants and their impact in landscapes and gardens. I believe that gardens, whatever their size, can play a positive role in the lives of their owners. Good stewardship of green spaces plays a part in making that magic happen.....
